1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or testing ZIDD (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

2. Purpose of the Application

ZIDD is designed to introduce mindful friction and self-control mechanisms to help users manage their own digital habits or establish family device boundaries. The Application is not a medical device, nor does it guarantee specific psychological or behavioral outcomes.

3. Android Permissions & Local Operation

You acknowledge that ZIDD requires system permissions (Accessibility Service, Overlay, and Usage Access) to detect foreground app launches and display intervention screens. You retain full control to revoke these permissions at any time via Android system settings.

4. Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

All commercial subscriptions are managed exclusively through Google Play. Terms of renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility are subject to Google Play’s consumer terms. No financial transactions take place outside Google Play.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. ZIDD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device configuration or third-party operating system restrictions.
