GOOGLE PLAY COMPLIANCE

Account & Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play data safety policies, ZIDD provides transparent mechanisms for deleting your account and all associated records.

1. Standalone / Self Mode Users

If you use ZIDD in Self Mode, zero account or personal data is transmitted to any remote server. All policy configurations, daily logs, and Time Wallet entries exist solely inside your phone's encrypted SQLite database. You can instantly purge all data by navigating to:

Android Settings > Apps > ZIDD > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data

Alternatively, simply uninstalling ZIDD removes all app data from your device permanently.

2. Family Mode Cloud Accounts

For parents utilizing Family Mode cloud sync, device pairing tokens and high-level policy summaries are stored in an authenticated Firestore instance.

To delete your Family profile and unpair all associated child devices:

  • Open the ZIDD Parent app > Settings > Family Profile > Delete Family Account.
  • Or request manual deletion via email using the instructions below.

3. What Data Is Deleted

  • • All device pairing tokens and cryptographic public keys.
  • • Parent and child screen time policy records.
  • • Time Wallet transaction history and challenge logs.
  • • Account identifiers and authentication sessions.

Note: Google Play subscription billing history is maintained by Google LLC in accordance with financial regulations and must be managed via payments.google.com.

4. Manual Deletion Request

You may also request complete account purge by emailing our data protection officer directly from your registered Google Play email:

Request Deletion via privacy@adklarity.com

Manual deletion requests are verified and processed within 72 business hours.
